SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping
Orders over $75 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. We also offer standard ground shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $8.00 on orders below $75. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited two day shipping within the U.S for a flat rate fee of $25. Please select expedited shipping at checkout. Orders submitted Monday - Friday by 2pm EST will ship the same day. Saturday delivery will include an additional fee. Please reach out if you need your item delivered on a Saturday. 2-day expedited orders placed on Thursday will not arrive until the following Monday.
No Overnight Shipping is offered at this time.
IN-STORE Returns Policy
Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Mount Pleasant. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, hats, accessories, home & gifts, special orders, trunk show items, orders shipped outside of the US and items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Items sold at 50% or more are sold as is. Any damages or imperfections will be listed in the product page of the item. Please note that dye lots vary on all block printed goods and small imperfections may occur.
ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. We do not accept returns on international orders. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, hats, accessories, home & gifts, special orders, orders shipped outside of the US and discounted items 20% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Items sold at 75% or more are sold as is. Any damages or imperfections will be listed in the product page of the item. Please note that dye lots vary on all block printed goods and small imperfections may occur. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
In the event of an order cancellation, a 6% restocking fee will automatically be charged.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused. Returns made where more dollars or styles are returned than kept may also be subjected to a 6% restocking fee. To avoid the restocking fee, you may choose to take a store credit.
Monkee's of Mount Pleasant is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Please access our online return portal to request a return shipping label. Once a return shipment is received and processed, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction less the cost of shipping.
